Mr. Atkinson is an Associate of the English Institute of Bankers and a Member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants, having come to the Bahamas in 1957 with Barclays Bank DC&O. He articled in 1959 with the firm which became Price Waterhouse and in 1971 set up his own successful accounting practice with the firm, Ronald Atkinson & Co.
