Doug Kay Biography:

Mr. Kay has 28 years of experience in public policy, government relations, politics, business management, banking, private equity fundraising for early and mid-stage companies and fundraising for non-profit organizations and innovative ventures.

His original career started with 11 years in commercial banking—Director of Marketing, Director of Human Resources, Chief Bank Administrator, Business Development Officer, Commercial Loan Officer and Investment Officer for Security Pacific National Bank, Columbia Federal Savings, Far West Federal Bank and Wells Fargo Bank, NA.

He has had numerous clients, including: Ericsson Telecom (NC, VA, CA), US State Department, USAID, The Alliance for Marriage (Federal Marriage Amendment), C. S. Lewis Institute, Focus on the Family, Focus on the Family Canada, Container Supply Co., Golf Fellowship, National Healthcare Advocates and Capitol Resource Institute. 

He holds a BA degree in Political Science from California Polytechnic University. A graduate of the West Coast Bank Officer School, Security Pacific National Bank, Los Angeles, CA.
